Lil Leak is an up-and-coming musician based out of Washington, DC. He started music when he was 18 years old and has had a passion for it ever since. He got started in music because his friends were rappers as well and they encouraged him to jump into the scene. He has always had a love for music and knew he wanted to do something involving music but was not sure what. When he got this inspiration from his friends his path became very apparent as he was a natural. This path did not come without challenges, however. His biggest obstacle so far has been continuing to believe in himself even through dark times. His persistence, patience, and hard work through these times is what got him to where he is today. Through his music he wants to let his fans know that everyone has the same emotions, and it is okay to feel them no matter who you are or what you’re going through. He wants them to know that being different is okay and that may come with certain emotions that are always valid to feel. Lil Leak was also misunderstood and believes it is just a part of life that everyone will need to conquer at some point. He is currently a signed artist who works with many talented producers including TZ, Xaylove, MaxxPayne, and Zaytoven. He recently released his single “Wax on Wax Off” and has the music video for it coming out soon. Be on the lookout for more upcoming projects from Lil Leak coming this year.
